Pujo in Kolkata, Mahasaptami, and we are wide awake at 5.04 am - busy writing this blog. A group of friends went out pandal-hopping yesterday evening and here are some pictures, and a few words, to treasure our fun-days.(All images were clicked by Sayandeep on his Canon PowerShot A400)
Singhi Park Sarbojonin
It started raining when we reached Santosh Mitra Square. Three jumped out of the car into the rain to get a glimpse of the idol inside. Of course, our photographer Sayandeep made it a point to be there.
And, thanks to our photographer one could see the rain-drenched three - Navin, Sudip and Sudipto.No- holds-barred fun!
Friends - (from left) - Sauparna, Sid, Paromita, Navin, Mohona, Sudipto. The missing three are Tatha, Sudip (god knows where he was!) and Sayandeep who is always left behind the lens. Though this does not mean that you could talk him into posing for a photograph ;-)
Paromita and Sudipto - they know everything about love :-0We ate in the afternoon at Mirch Masala, a restaurant adjacent to the large Pantaloons shop on Gariahat Road. Food was nice, and it felt nice. The picture of Sudipto and Paromita was taken at the restaurant. Heck, we don't have some pics of the food !
The idol at Durga Bari was one of the last places we visited before we returned home.__________________________________________________________________________

I am really very sorry that i was not being able to come up there. But I am missing u all.... I am really happy after seeing some of the faces like Susmit, Mohona, Debopriya. It has been a long time we meet. But i know that i missed something very special. I have some pan Why don't we arrange for a short picinc this Puja as i know a lot of our CSEians are coming this Puja. What others say?
Can't say about a picnic. I won't have time, but we will meet in the city. That's for sure.

Thanks Sudipta....we wish we all could meet on that day..anyway meeting during Pujas is a great idea, can't say about the picnic..I won't be getting leave for more than a day during the pujas I guess as told beforehand by our SPM. Do come up with new ideas and see that all can attend the same.... :)
